We are still buried
The post title is a play on Garrison Keillor’s book We Are Still Married. I haven’t read the book, but it’s Garrison Keillor, so it has to be funny. No, I’m not married (well, except maybe to my job) but I’m completely buried in work, grad school, and life in general right now.
In an effort to not lose my sanity (too late, Kari!) I’m likely going to be cutting posting back to three days a week at least until the end of this month. Maybe more… depends on what I have time for. I do know that I haven’t been putting as much time into grad school as I should have been, and it’s caught up with me. (Although that’s been more a factor of “don’t wanna” rather than “just don’t have the time.”)
I need to spend time with Moose — he needs it, I need it. And I need to spend time with John — actual time that doesn’t involve multitasking. We both need that too.
In the meantime, here’s Moose desperately hoping that Tiffany’s daughter will roll down her passenger window and take his order for a large order of carrots to go. I didn’t have the heart to tell him that drive-thrus generally work the opposite way. :-)

Tiffany's toddler (1-ish) daughter was on the other side of this window grinning at Moose. One of these days I'll get a picture of her kissing him on the nose. It's entirely too cute. :-)

As much as I will miss "checking" in on you every day, and looking at your beautiful pics, I am glad you are doing this. Multitasking is not what it's cracked up to be. Actually, if we do too much, we will wind up "cracked up!"
